Axel Steeb is a property manager with 20 years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry.

Most recently, he worked as a property manager/executive officer at a renowned real estate company in Munich. Prior to that, he was a senior property manager at an internationally active real estate investor and developer.

As a graduate business engineer (BA), Axel has worked for both national and international established real estate companies. Since 2023, he has been with KOEHLER GROUP Holding GmbH, utilizing his expertise to support asset and project management, as well as the development of the real estate portfolio. Additionally, as an energy consultant, he is responsible for assessing renovation projects and optimizing the utilization of available incentives.
