Investment advisory services pursuant to Section 2(2)(4) of the German Securities Services Act (WpIG) and investment brokerage services pursuant to Section 2(2)(3) of the WpIG are provided on behalf of, in the name of, for the account of, and under the liability of the responsible entity, BN & Partners Capital AG, Steinstraße 33, 50374 Erftstadt, in accordance with Section 3(2) of the WpIG. BN & Partners Capital AG holds the appropriate authorization from the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) for the aforementioned investment services in accordance with Section 15 of the WpIG.
