KOEHLER Real Estate has acquired two apartment buildings in Heilbronn. Both have a combined living space of 1,071 m2 with 13 residential units. The KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201) is once again integrated into the financing structure.

SIGNA Sports United has entered into a business combination agreement with Yucaipa Acquisition Corporation, a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company. The combination also includes the acquisition of the WiggleCRC Group.

We have invested in Kaszek Ventures V & Opportunity II. The company established by the founders of MercadoLibre is among the leading tech & VC funds in Latin America. Investments to date include Nubank, the world’s largest neobank.

The Nasdaq Stockholm listed Online Brands Nordic AB ("OBAB") has completed an agreement to acquire CaMa Gruppen AB, which operates the Trendcarpet & Hatshop online shops. KOEHLER Capital Partners has been a shareholder in CaMa since 2016 and now in OBAB.

KOEHLER Schapmann has acquired an office building in Vaihingen. The building encompasses 2,472m² over five floors and has 28 parking spaces. The redemption payment will be added to the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201).

Following our investment in BOND in 2019, we also invested in the follow-up fund BOND II. The fund has a volume of 1.5 billion US dollars. Investments by BOND were made in companies such as Revolut, Canva and Hippo.

We have invested in Khosla Ventures VII and Opportunity I. The company was founded by Vinod Khosla, the co-founder of Sun Microsystems. The fund invests in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, big data & sustainable energy.
