Former youth center in Siegen-Weidenau, fully leased as a student housing complex near the campus.

The building was constructed in 1954 as a solid-structure building to serve as a charitable youth home and is situated on a prime hillside location on Haardter Berg in Siegen-Weidenau. The three buildings—A, B, and C—are located in a quiet area with direct access to the University of Siegen and the nearby Weidenau neighborhood center. The southwest orientation provides the complex with spacious open areas and panoramic views of the Sieg Valley. The KOEHLER GROUP acquired the property in March 2022 and manages it as a fully leased student housing complex with 18 residential units. Through active portfolio management, the base rent has increased by approximately 11% since acquisition. Previous construction measures include a comprehensive core renovation—covering the facade, thermal insulation, and balconies—as well as a complete roof renovation of Buildings A and B in 2017.
