Titotstraße 14

The property at Titotstraße 14 is located in the central downtown area of Heilbronn, directly on Gymnasiumstraße and within walking distance of the city center. The Bernd-Blindow-Schule and DIPLOMA University are in the immediate vicinity. The four-story building was constructed in 1972–73 and was most recently used as office space. The Koehler Group acquired the property in March 2020; the building permit for the change of use was granted that same year. The renovation will create 21 residential units spanning approximately 958 m², with an investment of around 300,000 EUR for new interior walls, bathrooms, balconies, and a new stairwell. A publicly accessible laundromat is also planned for the ground floor; a separate building permit application for this was submitted in March 2026.
