Titotstraße is located in the historic center of Heilbronn, just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station and the pedestrian zone. The three-story office building, constructed in 1913, was fully leased to Ernst & Young as the location for their auditing firm at the time of acquisition. With the purchase in March 2020, the Koehler Group took over the property and has since been moving forward with its conversion into residential units. The Koehler Group is converting the property into eleven shared living communities, investing approximately 0.5 million EUR in renovations, new building services, and an energy-efficient retrofit of the heating system. The development concept addresses the high demand for shared living in Heilbronn’s downtown area.
