The KOEHLER GROUP acquired the property in 2017 and has been systematically repositioning it ever since.

After initially being occupied by internetstores GmbH and subsequently by Mercedes-Benz Heritage GmbH, The Padel City GmbH has signed a long-term ten-year lease and is converting the facility into Stuttgart’s first large-scale padel complex, featuring 13 courts as well as office, reception, and dining areas. The property features a rooftop solar power system and has been renovated to meet energy-efficient building standards. The annual net base rent has increased significantly since the acquisition.
