Built in the 1970s, the building was owned by a family of entrepreneurs from Baden-Württemberg for over 50 years. At the end of 2022, the property was acquired by the KOEHLER GROUP. What once began with a single apartment building in Stuttgart now extends all the way to the state’s most important shopping street: Königstraße.
