Eterno

In 2023, the KOEHLER GROUP participated as a lead investor, alongside Helsana and Helvetia Insurance, in the Series A financing round for eterno, a health tech company that is fundamentally reimagining outpatient care with an AI-native software platform. Alexander Fiess successfully supported the company on the board through its growth financing round with Verdane.

Lightspeed

Lightspeed is a leading international venture and growth investment firm that invests in technology-driven companies
with a focus on artificial intelligence, data security, and defense tech—including Anthropic and Helsing.

In 2025, KOEHLER GROUP invested in the Lightspeed Growth Equity III and Lightspeed Select VI Funds through the private equity platform Moonfare.

KFZ Teile 24

kfzteile24 was acquired by EQT in the spring of 2023. The investors are Project A, KOEHLER GROUP, SB 21, and the management team—the KOEHLER GROUP holds a seat on the board. The company operates a leading e-commerce platform for automotive parts and accessories.

Revolut

In 2020, the KOEHLER GROUP invested in Revolut—a global, rapidly growing financial platform for digital banking and payment services—at a valuation of approximately $5.5 billion. Today, the company is valued at approximately $75 billion.

Seven Senders

The KOEHLER GROUP has held an investment in Seven Senders, a leading platform for international e-commerce package logistics, since 2017. The company has grown profitably, thanks to its strong customer base and successful international expansion.

In the spring of 2023, the KOEHLER GROUP invested in Titanbay, a platform for digital private-markets investments. Assets under management (AUM) currently stand at well over €1 billion. In addition to the KOEHLER GROUP, other international private-equity investors have also invested in the company

Moonfare

The KOEHLER GROUP has been a founding investor in the private equity platform Moonfare since 2017 and acquired a 3% stake in the company at its inception. The company’s value has increased by a factor of more than 30 since 2017.
