Purchase of a completely renovated commercial building

KOEHLER Real Estate has acquired a fully renovated commercial building (combining office and residential space) on Königstraße in Stuttgart. The property offers 2,363 square meters of usable space, including approximately 540 square meters of retail and restaurant space, 5 office units totaling approximately 1,400 square meters, and two penthouses with approximately 380 square meters of living space. The property company is investing the principal repayment into the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201).
