The KOEHLER GROUP acquires a substantial stake in kfzteile24 GmbH.
Kfzteile24, Germany’s best-known digital platform in the automotive aftermarket, is setting the course for the future.
The e-commerce company was acquired from its previous owner, EQT Mid Market (“EQT”), by its management team, together with investors Project A, SB 21, and the KOEHLER GROUP.
Through this buyout, kfzteile24 has gained not only entrepreneurial and digital expertise but also additional financial resources to further expand its market position as a leading online provider in the German automotive aftermarket.
