Just a few months after Signa Sports United filed for bankruptcy, the KOEHLER Group succeeded in successfully re-leasing all properties previously leased to Signa or Internetstores GmbH.
Extensive renovations, as well as the vacating, repair, and re-leasing of the commercial properties, were completed in record time. Rental rates were adjusted for all properties.
