Our single-family office operates throughout Europe and is headquartered in the heart of Stuttgart. Real estate, corporate equity investments, and other investments are our main areas of focus

Your Responsibilities

Management of residential and commercial properties from our own portfolio
Drafting of tenancy agreements; monitoring of contract options, terms and rent payments
Conducting viewings and property handovers on behalf of clients
Communication and correspondence with tenants, utility providers and service providers
Obtaining quotes and commissioning maintenance, upkeep and repair work
Settlement of service charges and heating costs

Qualifications

Professional experience in property management or a completed commercial apprenticeship with a background in property/property management
Knowledge of Haufe PowerHaus or other property management software would be an advantage
A professional manner when dealing with external contacts and colleagues
Organisational skills, the ability to coordinate and a high level of commitment
Good knowledge of standard MS Office programmes (Excel, Word)
Good communication skills in German and English
