Tamer Celen has been Managing Director of fahrrad.de Bikester GmbH since May 2024. In this role, he is responsible for finance, purchasing, and human resources. His focus is on financial and operational management as well as the data-driven growth of the company. In addition, he has served as Director of Quantitative Research and AI for the KOEHLER GROUP since April 2023.
Tamer studied business administration at Nürtingen University of Applied Sciences and earned a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree. He subsequently held various controlling positions at companies in the retail and industrial sectors before joining Internetstores GmbH in 2011. This move also marked the beginning of his long-standing professional collaboration with René Köhler.
At Internetstores GmbH, Tamer established the retail controlling function in the e-commerce environment and played a key role in its further development. In addition to his responsibilities in traditional controlling, he was in charge of setting up the internal data warehouse and the group-wide planning process. In 2022, he was appointed Vice President.
