Krystian Fiedler has been with the KOEHLER GROUP since 2017 and, as Facility Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the real estate portfolio. His key responsibilities include leasing residential and commercial units, coordinating renovation and construction projects, and managing external service providers and contractors. In addition, he oversees technical measures throughout the entire project lifecycle and ensures the smooth operation of the properties.
As the central point of contact between owners, tenants, government agencies, planners, and contractors, Krystian Fiedler ensures the efficient implementation of ongoing projects and the sustainable management of the real estate portfolio. His area of responsibility includes, in particular, the technical management of the properties, the coordination of maintenance, modernization, and construction measures, and the oversight of all operational processes related to the KOEHLER GROUP’s real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining the KOEHLER GROUP, Krystian Fiedler spent many years in various roles and areas of responsibility at a Europe-wide company in the recycling industry. There, he gained extensive experience in operational and technical fields as well as in successfully collaborating with internal and external partners.
