Katja Pfister joined the KOEHLER GROUP in April 2026 as a manager in the Luxury Rentals division. In her role, she is responsible for the leasing, marketing, and operational management of exclusive vacation properties in Mallorca, Dubai, and Kitzbühel. She oversees all processes throughout the guest journey—from the strategic positioning of the properties through revenue management and marketing to guest services and the coordination of external partners.
She laid the foundation for her career with her dual degree program in Business Administration—Real Estate Management. Even during this time, she gained practical experience in various areas of the real estate industry and developed a deep understanding of real estate, markets, and the strategic development of real estate portfolios, particularly in the asset management of residential properties.
The combination of practical experience and up-to-date insights from the real estate industry enables her to bring new perspectives to her projects. Her goal is to position each property individually and create an experience for guests that reflects the character and quality of the respective location.
