Axel Rosenlöcher has been closely associated with the KOEHLER GROUP and René Köhler since 2006 and supports the Family Office as a trusted Senior Software Engineer and Chief Technology Architect. In this role, he advises on strategic technology decisions, develops customized software solutions, and ensures technical excellence within the KOEHLER ecosystem.
His current role builds on his extensive experience in software architecture and digital transformation. From March 2024 to May 2025, he led the successful relaunch of fahrrad.de on a new technical foundation using Shopify and guided the team through the go-live process. Since June 2025, he has served as Chief Technology Architect at JetApp GmbH, a technology company initiated by the KOEHLER GROUP, where he leads the development of a new tech stack and the integration of AI-powered solutions; the relaunch was completed in April 2026.
From 2006 to 2022, he spent his career at internetstores GmbH in Stuttgart, where, as a Senior Software Engineer, he designed the backend for 16 international online stores and implemented complex direct integrations. From November 2022 to March 2024, he was directly responsible for in-house programming at the KOEHLER GROUP. His long-standing collaboration with René Köhler makes him an integral part of the family office’s digital development.
