Katharina Unseld has been working in the property management division of the KOEHLER GROUP since October 2025. In her role as Commercial Property Manager, she is primarily responsible for preparing utility bills and reconciling rent receipts, thereby ensuring transparent and reliable commercial management of the real estate portfolio.
In addition, she contributes her expertise in accounting and serves as the liaison to the accounting department. Alongside these commercial responsibilities, she also provides ad hoc support to the team in operational property management.
As a certified real estate businesswoman, Katharina Unseld possesses in-depth professional knowledge, which she was able to further develop during her training at Haus und Grund Stuttgart and in her subsequent role as Regional Property Manager at the management company of the Stuttgart Homeowners’ and Landowners’ Association. She rounds out her commercial expertise with a degree in accounting and controlling.
