Sanya Laufer is a certified real estate agent with an additional qualification as a real estate assistant. She gained extensive experience at a well-known company in the housing industry in the management of real estate in accordance with the provisions of the Condominium Act, as well as in the management of individual units and rental properties.
Since April 2025, she has been part of the team at KOEHLER GROUP Holding GmbH and is responsible for the rental management of residential and commercial properties, particularly shared living arrangements. Her work focuses on marketing and re-leasing vacant units, as well as coordinating maintenance measures and handling insurance claims.
Another key component of her work is the ongoing monitoring of rent payments and the management of the dunning process, thereby ensuring reliable and seamless portfolio management.
