Julia Dieterich has been with the KOEHLER GROUP since July 2023 and, as a real estate manager, is responsible for the day-to-day management of the real estate portfolio. In addition, she contributes to various Group projects and, in particular, is driving the automation of real estate processes using artificial intelligence.
Before joining the KOEHLER GROUP, Julia Dieterich gained experience as a working student in facility management consulting at CBRE Germany and in project development at STRABAG Real Estate, first as an intern and then as a working student.
Julia Dieterich holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from the Nürtingen-Geislingen University of Applied Sciences (HfWU).
