Axel Steeb has more than 25 years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry, which he gained while working for real estate investors, property owners, and developers operating both nationally and internationally.
A graduate in industrial engineering (BA), he has been with KOEHLER GROUP Holding GmbH since 2023 and contributes his expertise in several key areas: the acquisition of new properties, portfolio and project management, and the further development of the real estate portfolio. In this role, he manages the entire deal flow for potential new acquisitions—from identifying suitable properties to the final purchase decision. As a certified energy consultant, he is also responsible for reviewing renovation projects and ensuring the optimal use of available incentive programs.
Before joining the KOEHLER GROUP, Axel Steeb worked for over six years as a property manager and authorized signatory at PRIMONIAL. Prior to that, as a senior property manager at JLL and at CORDING REAL ESTATE GROUP LIMITED, he was responsible for managing sophisticated real estate portfolios for international investors. He began his career in real estate management at Realkontor Innovative Fondskonzepte GmbH.
