Online Brands Nordic AB (“OBAB,” ISIN: SE0001960949), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, has entered into an agreement to acquire CaMa Gruppen AB, which operates the online stores Trendcarpet and Hatshop. KOEHLER Capital Partners has held a stake in CaMa since 2016 and, upon completion of the transaction, will hold approximately 17% of the shares in OBAB. The transaction is subject to, among other things, approval by the relevant antitrust and regulatory authorities as well as Nasdaq Stockholm.
