Boxine GmbH, our direct investment and the company behind the Tonibox and the Tonies, has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as tonies SE since November 29, 2021. This followed a merger with 468 SPAC I SE. The proceeds the company generates from the initial public offering are to be invested in international growth initiatives as well as in product and platform expansions. The KOEHLER GROUP achieved a triple-digit IRR on its 2019 investment.
