KOEHLER Real Estate has acquired a complex of three apartment buildings in Aachen. Together, the buildings offer 2,071 m² of living space comprising 35 apartments. In the medium term, the expansion of 450 m² of attic space is expected to create additional living space within the building, thereby unlocking further value potential.
The property company is investing the principal repayment into the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201), thereby continuing the successful combination of real estate projects with the KOEHLER Equities equity fund.
