Following the completion of extensive renovation work on the historic building housing the Stuttgart Pawnshop, the KOEHLER GROUP is leasing all available units.

The comprehensive renovation, carried out in accordance with historic preservation guidelines, has transformed the space—which once housed bulky pawned goods—into high-quality, modern office space spread across four floors.

There’s no need to compromise: Modern air conditioning, high-quality plumbing fixtures, Cat 7 cabling with a fiber-optic connection, and a new elevator were all installed in compliance with historic preservation regulations.
