Acquisition of 44 apartments in Heidelberg

KOEHLER GROUP is expanding its real estate portfolio in the city of Heidelberg.

KOEHLER GROUP invests in Heidelberg's Public Housing

In November 2025, the KOEHLER GROUP acquired several properties in Heidelberg for individuals eligible for public housing. The transaction includes 44 residential units with a total leasable area of approximately 3,400 m² as well as 49 parking spaces. The units are used by the City of Heidelberg to house socially eligible groups.

With this acquisition, the KOEHLER GROUP is expanding its real estate portfolio to include properties that serve a social purpose, offer sustainable leasing, and are managed on an ongoing basis in an established, urban location. The investment aligns with the Group’s long-term strategy of acquiring profitable residential properties in attractive locations and holding them in its portfolio for the long term.

The municipal tenant ensures a high degree of stability, while continuous indexation creates additional income potential. The financing structure provides that the principal repayment generated by the properties is invested in the KOEHLER EQUITIES Fund as a substitute for principal repayment.
