Participation in an exclusive project development

KOEHLER Group Holding holds a 50% stake in a project company that plans to acquire a prime property in Munich-Grünwald and develop two exclusive single-family villas. Upon completion of the project, the properties will be sold to private end customers, with each sale accompanied by a turnkey construction contract.

The project is being implemented in collaboration with Zrenner Immobiliengesellschaft mbH, a developer specializing in high-end villa projects in Munich-Grünwald with many years of market experience and an extensive track record. Hübner Vermögensverwaltung is responsible for the investment structure, financing, operational management, and coordination of the project partners.

Sales are conducted using the proven construction contract model: Buyers acquire the property, including the approved design concept, directly from the project company and enter into the construction contract directly with the general contractor. Construction is not part of the investment; the project company’s liability ends with the notarized sale of the properties.

The project is designed for a manageable term and combines a clear value-creation strategy with a strong market position in one of Germany’s most sought-after residential areas. The persistently high demand for high-quality single-family homes in Grünwald forms the basis for attractive economic prospects.
