Originally used as an office and workshop building, it underwent a major renovation in 1986 by the firm of Stuttgart architect Horst Sannwald. The property is located directly on Neckarstra\u00dfe and offers excellent access via nearby light rail stops.<\/p>\n<p>The Koehler Group acquired the property in November 2019. In 2020, a new subdivision permit for five independent residential units was obtained from the Stuttgart Building Authority; the floor plans were revised by the firm Steim Architekten.
