Tram lines 1 and 2, with the Gottesauer Platz stop, are within walking distance, and the KIT East Campus and the city center\u2019s amenities are in the immediate vicinity. The building, which has a full basement, comprises nine residential units and one commercial unit in the rear building, covering approximately 744 m\u00b2. Following its acquisition in 2021, the Karlsruhe Building Authority granted a building permit in January 2023 to change the use of the rear building from storage space to residential housing, thereby creating additional residential units.
