Several tram and bus stops are located within a 400-meter radius, and grocery stores are about a two-minute walk away. The building is a freestanding, brick structure from the Gr\u00fcnderzeit era (1900) that is listed as a historic landmark; it has four stories with two levels of basement and eight units designed for shared living arrangements. The KOEHLER GROUP acquired the property in 2021. Even before the acquisition, a comprehensive renovation had taken place, including the replacement of windows, the roof, the heating system, plumbing, electrical systems, and built-in kitchens, as well as interior insulation.
