It is located at the corner of Hallschlag and Am R\u00f6merkastell in the Bad Cannstatt district. The Koehler Group acquired the property in 2019 and has since made targeted investments in its renovation: In addition to re-leasing individual apartments at market-rate terms, the attic was fully converted into living space in 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The ground floor now houses a bakery and a restaurant.
