The five apartments are distributed across the ground floor, two upper floors, and two attic floors, with the second attic floor designed as a loft apartment. The property is within a ten-minute walk of downtown, and several public transit stops are located within a 400-meter radius. The KOEHLER GROUP acquired the property in May 2021. In 2007, the building underwent extensive renovation: windows, heating, electrical wiring, and plumbing were replaced; the attic was converted; the exterior walls were insulated; and a sauna area with a laundry room was built in the basement.
