The five-story townhouse offers approximately 435 m\u00b2 of leasable space, divided into a spacious commercial unit on the ground floor and five residential units on the upper floors. The Koehler Group acquired the property in November 2018.<\/p>\n<p>In 2022, the Koehler Group obtained the necessary redevelopment approval to convert two former office spaces into residential units.
