The front building, constructed around 1907, is a listed historic building and houses seven residential units across approximately 578 m\u00b2, as well as an art studio on the ground floor. The rear building, the former bakery, complements the complex on the property, which spans just over 416 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>The Koehler Group acquired the property in 2020. In November 2024, the Karlsruhe Building Authority granted a building permit for the conversion of the second attic floor into a residential unit measuring approximately 82 m\u00b2.
