Stuttgart\u2019s downtown area, with its pedestrian zone, is easily accessible, approximately 1.6 km away. The six-story building was originally designed entirely as an office and medical practice building and features a light-filled stairwell with a glass elevator as well as floor-to-ceiling windows. Following its acquisition by the Koehler Group in 2021, the medical practices on the first through third floors were converted into eleven residential units with an investment of approximately 1 million EUR. The penthouse houses two apartments with rooftop terraces, while the ground floor remains commercial.
