The multi-story residential and commercial building features commercial units in the basement and on the ground floor, as well as 22 residential units on the upper floors, which are used as small apartments. The Koehler Group acquired the property in June 2016. Following the acquisition, fire safety measures were implemented with a total investment of approximately 370,000 EUR, including F90 walls and doors, a new ventilation system in the horseshoe-shaped section, and an emergency staircase. The anchor tenant is KIK Textilien, with approximately 1,160 m\u00b2 of retail space on the ground floor.
