The site is served by the S1 line of the Stuttgart S-Bahn, which connects Deizisau to Stuttgart Central Station every half hour. The property comprises a ground floor and two upper floors with approximately 3,090 m\u00b2 of total leasable area, as well as an underground parking garage with 35 parking spaces. The Koehler Group acquired the property in February 2020. The property features an established tenant mix comprising a variety of small and medium-sized commercial units.
