The complex, consisting of three building sections, was constructed in two phases: The distinctive shed-roof hall, featuring a reinforced concrete structure with masonry infill, dates back to 1956, while the high-bay warehouse and the office annex were added in 2001. The total leasable area is approximately 9,100 m\u00b2 plus 46 parking spaces. The Koehler Group acquired the property in 2017. Following the insolvency of the previous tenant, internetstores GmbH, the property underwent a complete renovation at a cost of approximately 1 million EUR. K\u00f6lle Etiketten GmbH is the primary tenant under a ten-year fixed-term lease.
