The property has direct access to the B10 and is within walking distance of the Untert\u00fcrkheim S-Bahn station. The property comprises a logistics and production facility spanning approximately 2,400 m\u00b2 and was acquired by the Koehler Group in February 2017. In 2025, the Koehler Group carried out renovation work totaling approximately 0.6 million EUR, including an approved change of use to a central logistics distribution center. The facility was subsequently leased on a long-term basis to Deutsche Post as a delivery hub under a 10-year lease agreement.
