The property in Stuttgart-West was built in 1996 by Hildegard and Rolf K\u00f6hler and was the family\u2019s first real estate investment through Rolf K\u00f6hler Grundst\u00fccksverwaltungs GmbH & Co KG. When Hildegard and Rolf K\u00f6hler built the structure in 1996, it was more than just a commercial building. It was their first concrete commitment to an entrepreneurial path. Rolf K\u00f6hler ran ROKO Rad und Ski until his death in 2008, and the passion for the bicycle business lived on.<\/p>\n

Ren\u00e9 K\u00f6hler transformed the location into the fahrrad.de Store and continued to run it from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, the Leipzig-based furniture mail-order company Massivum used the space for five years. When the lease expired, the bicycle concept returned.<\/p>\n

Starting in 2018, fahrrad.de was once again present at Westbahnhof. Since May 2024, fahrrad.de Bikester GmbH, a company of KOHLER GROUP Holding, has been operating the store. The building remains family-owned.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n
