KOEHLER Real Estate acquires Stuttgart Real Estate portfolio<\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

KOEHLER Real Estate has acquired a complex of three residential and commercial buildings in Stuttgart from Vereinigte Postversicherung, which was advised by BNP Paribas. Together, the buildings offer 4,461 m\u00b2 of space, including 15 apartments, 11 medical offices, and office and retail space. In the long term, active asset management is intended to increase the residential portion of the buildings, thereby unlocking additional value potential.<\/p>\n

For this project as well, the financing structure ensured that loan repayments are made to the KOEHLER Equities Fund (WKN: KAM201).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
