The fund primarily focuses on fast-growing technology companies prior to their initial public offerings (IPOs). Founded in 1995 by Richard H. Kimball and Jay Hoag, TCV is one of the world\u2019s leading growth equity investors and has invested more than $16 billion in over 350 companies to date.
