Executive Assistant (m/f)

KOEHLER GROUP is the holding company of the Stuttgart-based online entrepreneur René Marius Köhler. René founded at the age of 20 in 2003. His first venture grew into INTERNETSTORES, a leading eCommerce enterprise for bike and outdoor equipment in continental Europe. It comprises 35 online stores in 14 countries, employs 600 staff and generated more than 250 million Euro turnover in 2017. Last year, Rene sold his majority shareholding in INTERNETSTORES and founded KOEHLER GROUP, a unique startup incubator. Your responsibilities:

  • You will be actively supporting our CEO and COO in all areas of daily operations
  • You will be in charge of meeting and travel plans, as well as for the organization and coordination of meetings and events
  • Participation in the management of company-owned properties will similarly be part of your responsibilities
  • You will also take on all traditional secretarial duties, including the processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence in German and English
  • You will create and edit presentation documentation and will be in charge of research tasks
  • You will be coordinating external service providers and partners
  • In effect, you will be the “right hand” of our business management


Your profile:

  • Experience in real estate management as an assistant in the real estate market or relevant professional experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Confident and professional manner in dealing with external contacts and colleagues
  • Organizational talent, good coordination skills and high personal motivation
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure and a good sense of humor are a must
  • Excellent knowledge of all standard MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Very good communication skills in German and English a must
